1 flight from Atl to Mex, a connecting flight from Mex to San Luis Potosi, then a 5-6 hour drive or so to Xilitla, I was thrilled to be there. I had no plans for a place to stay. I blundered my way upon Hotel Aurora. The front gates happened to be open as I drove by. Hotel Aurora welcomed my horrible Spanish and settled me in as if they knew me. Lovely rooms with a balcony providing stunning views of Xilitla. I hope to eat with you next time. Thank you again for hosting me.
Bonito hotel y agradable habitación. Un punto a favor es el estacionamiento aunque muy pequeño, ayuda. La ubicación me parece excelente, sobre la carretera principal y muy cerca del centro caminando, menos de 5 minutos. Lamentablemente no estaba abierto el restaurante al parecer por tema de covid. Fuimos a comer al restaurant Cayo's, muy recomendable.

Xilitla SLP lugar mágico... y este Hotel sin duda también lo es... un lugar donde el estacionamiento es la azotea y las habitaciones se encuentran hacia abajo. Vista muy hermosa, cafetería acogedora y un servicio y calidez de primera. Hotel familiar, tanto que te invitan a sus celebraciones. Cada que visito Xilitla es mi lugar para hospedarme.
Excelente atención de los dueños, la posada es básica, pero es un lugar muy agradable para descansar y dormir. Tiene lo que se requiere para estancias cortas, cerca del centro y buen desayuno, limpio y con detalle huastecos. Si vas de fiesta este no es tu lugar, es para descansar que es a lo que fui a estar en contacto con la naturaleza.
Exelente lugar para hospedarse y comer, es muy acogedor. Las habitaciones están limpias, con a.c, agua caliente, una vista hermosa , pero sobretodo se destaca la gran atención y amabilidad de la señora. Realmente les recomiendo consumir el café es muy rico y característico de Xilitla.
Me hospedé allí en Julio del 2016 el precio de la habitación doble me parece bastante accesible, las habitaciones del último nivel, son bastante frescas, a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado y solo un ventilador, muy limpias y con muy buen mantenimiento, un pequeño balcon y mosquitero. El dueño muy amable, la comida que se sirve en el restaurante del hotel, súper rica, la cocinan al momento y a precios decentes. El único detalle sería el estacionamiento tan pequeño, aunque te permiten dejar tu auto frente al molino que está a escasos 20 metros, molino que también es propiedad del dueño del hotel. Se encuentra a la entrada del pueblo pero realmente haces 5 min. a pie al centro del mismo.
